HIJO JOSHI This incident, known as the February 28 Affair, led to increased conflict, with the exchange of blood for blood, between those who had gone to Taiwan before World War II and those who had come with the KMT later on. The climax of the movie Hijo Joshi, (Tragic Castle Town), describes the incident through the tragedy of a family.
